I mentioned a couple of days ago that Nikon was about to announce a new camera - and they did, meet the Giorgetto Giugiaro designed Nikon D3. Giugiaro was also responsible for the Delorean DMC-12, the Ferrari GG50, and some other bits and pieces. It is quite a revolutionary design - it has liveview with autofocus, burst mode up to 9 frames per second (11 if you want...), and ISO boost to a staggering ISO 25,600.
