The Social Media Club (Auckland) organised a series of short talks on customer retention from social media luminaries Justin Flitter (Zendesk), Simon Young (sy), Peeyoosh Chandra (Saatchi & Saatchi), and Catherine George (Urgent Couriers). Louisa Redshaw, owner of Brand insight company Urban Fox was the MC.
