Studio (web/ facebook/ twitter) is designed and edited by three Auckland designers.
Studio profiles a selection of design and artist studios from around the world, asking them to present a photo essay that explores their work space and gives readers an insight into the environment that inspires the work created there.
Issue Two features an eclectic mix of studios from around the world. Foreign correspondent Emma Parnell visits the London to chat with Jonathon Ellery from Browns Design. Artist, Genevieve Allison shows us around her Brooklyn, New York loft, while DJ Stout from Pentagram's Austin studio shows us the place where he and his team make smart work with a Texas attitude.
There’s also an epitaph to the old split/fountain studio/store in Karangahape Road while Leonardo Sonnoli from Italy shows us his view while thinking. Kevin Finn from Finn Design opens the front door on his live/work studio in the far reaches of Western Australia.
